We can cancel any orders that are in pending payment state even if you recieve a confirmation email, as the payment is not done.
The products will be kept on hold for a few hours, after which the order will be deleted by the system automatically.
If we are unable to fulfil the order or the order is cancelled by us, and you have already paid for the products, please rest assured your money will be refunded to your bank account or your UPI ID within 24-48 hrs.
Please also read our Return and Refund policy for refund related queries. If the Conditions stated there is not fulfiled, no refund will be awarded. so please make sure you read those before buying or asking for refund to make all of our work easier!
In case of return shipping, we are not liable for loss of shipment by the courier, nor are we responsible for paying the shipping return charges, it will have to be paid by the customer themselves.
Please make sure to register the parcels so that you as well as us can actually track the shipment.
Refund will be awarded only if the returned items are in unused state, and the parcel is throughly inspected by our staff and cross checking all the required fields.
